I was visiting for work and stayed in the studio which was the perfect room as I brought my partner along and he could relax on the private terrace and I could work from the studio space. We really liked the location which was convenient for all the places we wanted to visit. The riad itself is beautiful and we felt very well looked after by everyone. We appreciated all the special touches, the organic products, inspiring books, guitar to pick up and play. Breakfasts were the perfect start to the day and for my partners insatiable appetite! We ended the trip with a very relaxing ride back to the airport from one of your drivers who I would highly recommend. We hope to return very soon.

We ended our 15-night trip around Morocco here for 5 nights and couldn’t have picked a better place to finish. Riad Jardin Secret is absolutely stunning! The level of detail in the design and restoration is breathtaking. We stayed in the studio, which was incredibly spacious and unique, with multiple separate living areas (including a beautiful outdoor sitting space). The room also featured artwork from past artist residencies, which added a really special touch. The staff was genuinely kind and extremely helpful with recommendations throughout the Medina, which made exploring Marrakech even better. A truly memorable stay and the perfect way to end our trip.

My daughter and I stayed at Riad Jardin Secret for 6 fabulous nights in February. We were both so sad on our last day because we didn't want to leave. We loved every minute of our stay in this stunning Riad. Every staff member made us feel like family. We loved our room, the decor, the artwork, the lighting, the ambience, the breakfasts, the seating nooks, the fireplace, the rooftop, the views, the care and attention. We could not fault one thing. We had the good fortune to meet the divine owners (Cyrielle and Julien) during our stay and we were so well looked after by Youssef, Ismael and Hasnad - and the kitchen staff that make the most delectable breakfasts. My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our five days at the Riad Jardin Secret! The staff attended to all our needs, were always smiling and went above and beyond. Yousef lit a fire in our room most evenings. Ismael opened the doors to the secret passage out of the medina. The breakfast by the fireplace always featured excellent coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt and whatever else we wanted off the menu. We loved the authentic vibe of the room and the great artwork hanging everywhere. The roof terrace was a great place to unwind at the end of a day walking through the souks or cooking at the Amal. We will recommend the Riad Jardin Secret to all our friends. We hope to come back one day. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Jardin Secret. It's the most beautiful house, with breathtaking views of the snowy Atlas mountains from the rooftop and such a beautiful garden. Breakfast in Morocco sets a high bar, but our breakfasts at this Riad were the best we enjoyed across 2 weeks of staying in many different places. The team were so welcoming and helpful and very kindly looked after one of our bags for a few days so we could travel lighter to Fes. It's also located in a great part of the Medina and so convenient to walk to the main square and the train station. One thing we felt bad about is our consumption of plastic bottles while we were in Morocco and it was great to have water from a glass bottle, so just you feel your negative impact in terms of plastic waste was limited a little. We were so fortunate to call Riad Jardin home for a few days. Stepping through its doors is like entering an oasis, a beautifully quiet, peaceful world hidden right in the middle of the lively city center. Every thoughtful designed detail, every corner, every shadow, was a gentle nudge toward inspiration. Pure magic found in the heart of the city. Furthermore, the staff is fantastic. I was traveling with my 3 year old and they were wonderful with him and doing everything to make our stay a memorable one. We felt so welcome! Already planning a next trip.

Our stay was short but sweet! Such a beautifull place and so quiet even it's just steps away from the action off the Medina. The place has so much caracter being this beutifull 17th century building. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay, incredibly warm and friendly welcome and interactions throughout. The members of staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. Decor was perfect, room was cleaned very well and food was delicious. We will no doubt be coming back. The only thing I would say is that the bed was a little too firm for me, but perhaps that's a personal preference. Thank you so much.

I had the most wonderful experience at the Riad Jardin Secret. Upon arriving in Marrakech, I had the misfortune of getting food poisoning. When I arrived at the Riad Jardin Secret, it felt like I was walking through an enchanted portal after a very unpleasant morning at another hotel. The wonderful staff was utterly welcoming and did everything within their power to help me. After delicious and restorative ginger tea and a hot shower, I was better by the end of the day. The staff also went above and beyond to reschedule my purchased tickets to the Marjorelle garden. The Riad’s facilities ate gorgeous, and I truly felt taken care of in every way. Riad jardin secret is a beautiful place in a prime location in the medina of marrakech. We received a very friendly welcome and were looked after very well throughout our stay, all our questions were answered and all our wishes were fulfilled. The rooms are simply fantastic and tastefully furnished and the sunny roof terrace is a real hit. The garden in the inner courtyard makes you feel like you're in an oasis. The breakfast was delicious. We would go there again in a heartbeat and can highly recommend the riad to anyone.

february 2024 Adventuring in Morocco with my daughter our second stop was Marrakech where base camp for four nights was the delightful Riad Jardin Secret typical of the Moorish architecture tradition from the end of the 16th century and located in the Bab Doukkala neighbourhood at the very heart of the Marrakech medina just steps away from the souks. Immediately enveloped by the magic, soul and rich history of the space, this boho, free-spirited Riad is an oasis of beauty and serenity. Absolutely perfect in every which way. Our priorities were re-focusing, getting lost in every sense and navigating Jbel Toubkal. We achieved them all. Our hosts Cyrielle and Julien score an exceptional 11 out of 10 Thank you Cyrielle and Julien for a blissfully delicious space to be. Beautiful time spent and memories made. We are sure to recommend and return.

Riad Jardin Secret was incredible -- it felt like a beautiful, calm home within the Medina. The area of Medina adjacent is gorgeous and has excellent cafes and shopping, before it gets too hectic. Easy to take a taxi to and from. The staff and team there are so wonderful, they truly treated us like family and went above and beyond with hospitality. Best hotel experience I've had! The riad itself has 16th century tile work, is exceptionally decorated, and has so much character and charm. Highly recommend, alone worth the trip to Marrakech!

It was a super nice stay in Riad Jardin Secret. Everyone is nice and helpful, recommending us great places and Hammam to visit. For the room and place, breakfast is healthy and tasty, loving the corn pancake! Details are just so artistic and beautiful, and the turtle is so cute! For the location, I would say it really sits in a nice area in Medina, safe and clean. An unique riad to stay!

We had a really great stay at this Riad and will definitely come back next time we are in Marrakech. Visually, it’s very beautiful with lots of unique areas to chill out in. Rooms are very comfortable, we stayed in both the Beldi room & superior room with shower and both were really lovely with beautiful interior details. Breakfast on the roof every morning was such a treat, loved every bit of it! You can also use the rooftop as a hangout area. The staff were absolutely amazing, Youssef & Ishmael could not have been nicer, so professional, so helpful and kind. I loved that everyone just kindof leaves you to do your own thing, to explore the Riad etc. So my only downside would be, and it would absolutely not stop me from staying here again because I loved it, is that it doesn’t have a bar, I would have really liked to come back to the rooftop for a drink after dinner. It’s such a perfect place, so was so happy to just chill there and not look for a more commercial hotel bar in the Medina. The location, very central in the Medina is also a big plus.

I had a wonderful time at the Riad Jardin Secret after my journey to the desert and trekking up to Toubkal and Riad Jardin Secret was a perfect heaven to drop into the very comfortable bed and to dive into this peace of heaven with its beautiful interiors and wonderful courtyard garden. The breakfast was delicious and sumptuous and upon arrival I was received with Moroccan tea and deliciously coated roasted almonds and biscuits and I enjoyed reading in some of the books lying around + sunset on the beautiful roof-terrace where one had great views over the Medina and beyond.

The ambience, service, staffs, everything was just perfect and made me feel in paradise. We had many inquiries and requests so we emailed a lot and Tiffany and Julien helped me so much for everything. I cannot express more gratitude than this. The ambience here is just so tranquil and calm. Every corner of this place is just sophisticated and well-maintained. It’s a wonderful and beautiful oasis, located in an easily accessible area of Medina. Nicely decorated, clean and having very friendly staff. I totally recommend it and will go definitely to stay there again. The location is also accessible by taxi, you just need 3-5 minutes walk from a vehicle street.

The level of care to details is of utmost quality: from the wonderfully sensitive and tactile qualities of the architecture and its interiors, the ritual of mint tea served on the rooftop terrace, to the attention to sustainability. Ismail and Youssef were very helpful and kind, always assisting us with a smile and providing excellent recommendations. The thoughtfulness of this space brought us a sense of warmth and a feeling of home, a special moment of our stay was the overlap with the artist in residence, the band Oracle Sisters, and being able to hear parts of their music while having breakfast in the courtyard. I could not recommend this place enough and really hope to return in the future!

To add to that, the smell in the riad was GORGEOUS (floral and spices - I wish i knew what they were!), and the pink rooftop was so relaxing. We always felt like we were stepping back into another world when we arrived home for the evening. We will 100% recommend to anyone thinking of staying, and hopefully will make it back again soon. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth, relaxation, and creativity embedded in Riad Jardin Secret's DNA. The staff is warm & welcoming and extremely hard-working & dedicated. I'm so glad I wrapped 4 weeks of travel at Riad Jardin Secret - it was the best way to cap off my trip. The bed was the most comfortable of my entire trip and it is clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. I am already wondering how I can get back! The only very minor thing was that breakfast service seemed to be on the slow side (traveling alone I think it's also more likely I notice these things because I'm not conversing with others while waiting) but I know that staff has to go back and forth between roof & kitchen and that every item is carefully placed, etc. Once I realized this, I just tried to get a "fast coffee" first while waiting for the full breakfast :) Thank you again for creating this magical space.

Riad Jardin Secret was by far the best experience we had in Marrakech. Every moment from our arrival to our departure was absolutely perfection. The decor is immaculate, the staff is genuine, the owners very cool, and the accommodations were divine. Every time we entered the premises we felt an overwhelming feeling of serenity. Breakfast was our favorite part of the day with all the delicious fruits, pastries, juices and teas. We could spend hours at a time on their beautiful pink rooftop. We loved the riad - the service was amazing! Loved the people there. The design of the place was beautiful and it was a relaxing oasis right next to the busy city. So close to everything! The only downside was that we had difficulty receiving wifi in the room, and most places on the premises.

Riad Jardin Secret was incredible. It has been lovingly restored, artfully decorated with Moroccan textiles and the garden that fills the courtyard is unbelievably lush. The owners are friendly and helpful and the delicious breakfast on the terrace is delightful. And the location just outside the Medina is perfect.

Aurora and I loved Riad Jardin Secret. It was the highlight of our trip. Everything from Muhammad the Turtle to our amazing hosts, Cyrielle and Julien. Every detail was taken care of- from a beautifully curated room to the attention to detail on the breakfast every morning. Thank you!

Bonjour Nous étions très heureux au Jardin Secret. Le Riad est bien placé près Dar al Bacha. Les chambres sont confortables, l'espace au milieu avec eau, plantes et oiseaux superbe et la terrasse bien agréable. Nous étions reçus chaleureusement par toute l'équipe du Riad. Our experience in Morrocos was amazing. We couldn't stay in a better place than the Riad Jardín Secret. When we arrived and walked inside the Riad we were amazed by it , and we knew this was the right place. It is pure magic !! It is beautiful, the staff great, the food excellent, so peaceful. I have to say that we always got up early to have time to enjoy our morning zipping a cup of coffe. Our room was super ! Julian thanks a lot for everything, you are a great person. Thanks Cyrielle for being so nice. You both are great ! Marrakech without the Riad Jardín Secret won't be the same for us.
